Shiva Rajbanshi's journey started in Nepal, driven by his love for words and communication. His early curiosity led him to discover freelancing, where he began writing content and offering translation services from English to Nepali. Though the initial days of freelancing were challenging, with low-paying jobs and demanding clients, Shiva saw every task as an opportunity to learn. He honed his skills, offering quality work that eventually built a solid reputation.

As he continued freelancing, Shiva realized he had bigger ambitions. His love for fashion and entrepreneurship pushed him to launch **Trandy Threads**, a dropshipping business targeting fashion-forward youth. The process of building this business came with its struggles, from unresponsive suppliers to marketing setbacks, but Shiva refused to give up. His resilience paid off when an influencer's viral post gave his brand the visibility it needed, leading to a surge in sales.

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Shiva never left content writing behind. He continued offering freelance services, working with a diverse range of clients while managing his growing business. Balancing both worlds wasn't easy, but he found ways to delegate tasks, hiring assistants and designers to help run Trandy Threads. His freelancing evolved into a full-fledged content writing and translation service, with clients reaching out from different parts of the world.

Today, Shiva reflects on how far he's come. From humble beginnings, he’s become both a successful entrepreneur and a sought-after content writer. His journey is a story of persistence, hard work, and believing in his potential.

Work Terms

1.Project Scope: The scope of work will be defined before the project begins. Any changes to the scope after the project has started may require a renegotiation of the deadline and fees.
2.Communication: I am available for communication via email or messaging platforms. Clear and consistent communication is essential to ensure the project meets your expectations.
3.Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days for most projects. Urgent or expedited requests may incur additional fees.
4.Payment Terms: Payment is required as per the agreed-upon milestones. Typically, 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. For larger projects, customized milestone payments can be arranged.
5.Confidentiality: All information shared during the course of the project will be treated with strict confidentiality. Content and translations provided will not be shared or published without the client’s consent.

Ownership: Upon final payment, the client retains full rights to the content and translations produced. However, until payment is received in full, the work remains my intellectual property.

Cancellations: If the project is canceled after it has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, and any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, feedback, and materials required to complete the project in a timely manner.
