I am presently working in a U.S based firm named 123Stores.com, I had a working experience of 3Years in user experience designer profile. Work Terms

I work for 15hours in a day and payment module is 25% of payment should be made 1st, then 50% of payment while working is on process and remaining 25% after work ends.
