My journey began at IPG Media Brands, where I spent 9 months performing thorough data Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data sets. During my time there, I collaborated effectively with onshore teams to create and refine reports, leveraging insights and feedback to enhance reporting processes. I developed and designed comprehensive reports on Tableau, focusing on key media metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Additionally, I utilized Python programming to streamline manual QA processes and automate reports, significantly improving efficiency.

At Jio Haptik Technologies Ltd, I built dynamic and interactive dashboards for accounts such as JioFiber, JioMart, and Jio All accounts on Looker Studio and Power BI for account health tracking, CSAT analysis, and other important KPIs.
