Work Terms

At Shiyas Digital Marketing, I will provide quality freelance digital marketing services to meet your business needs. The following are the work terms to ensure clarity in your work and smooth way of working together.

Scope of Work
The services will include Search Engine Optimization, social media marketing, pay per click advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and branding. Specific deliverables and timelines agreed before project initiation.

Working Hours
I am available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). Any urgent tasks outside these hours may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required before starting the project.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestones.
Monthly retainers for ongoing projects must be paid at the start of each month.
Communication
Emails or video calls and/or WhatsApp: We will maintain updates on our assignments regularly. For your understanding, we'll prepare weekly/bi-weekly reports of what is going on and how your tasks are coming along.

Revisions
A number of two revision rounds are available. Extra will cost you in respect of its complexity.

Confidentiality
Confidential information about any of the client data, their strategy, etc, will remain a secret as the client asks it to keep with him.
All the Project Timelines
Timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the project starts. Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or approvals, may impact the completion date.

Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

Ownership
Upon full payment, all final deliverables will become the client's property.
