Work Terms

• Notification of any and all modifications to the WIP (Work in Progress) will have to be provided within 10 business days of such notice so that the same can be incorporated.
• Upon approval, the client will be invoiced and payment will be due immediately.
• Once payment for the same has been realized, development on the next process/milestone will commence. This is to ensure proper monitoring, time frame adherence and steady progress in the development phase.
• If no response is received from the client within 10 business days (two weeks) of notification, work completed under the milestone will be deemed to be accepted by the client and billable at the price/hourly rate agreed upon.
