I started my own business in 2004 selling candles, incense and novelties online. I built my own website to centralize my online presence between eBay, Overstock, Amazon, Craigslist, and MySpace.

One day, my brother's employer asked me if I could "do anything" with his website because it looked "horrible", as he said with expletives. I built his website up and marketed it online with SEO/SEM. That was in 2005. I have worked with this same client throughout the years since then. His website is www.JensenInsulation.com - soon to be upgraded.

I have also been working full time in Technical Support for more than 12 years. I use my acquired Customer Service skills to ensure my clients get what they need and want to see in their web or systems technologies. I work with honesty, commitment, and responsibility for my clients. Then, I work with the technologies. I'm versatile. I learn what I need to, find what I need to, and implement what is most practical and effective to accomplish the best solution under the budget of my client's project.

Work Terms

The following is our working process:

1. After you have reviewed the project proposal, award the project to me from Guru.com
2. I will present a minimum of 3 design templates within 1-2 days, according to your preferences.
3. Our agreement will be sent to you including the project details, pricing and the completion time.
4. Once you agree, I will invoice 50% the total price to you.*
5. I will render your selected design template and content to the mock website, where you can preview the demo. (You can also tune your site at this stage)
6. Once the design demo is posted, any custom development work will be in process and can be tuned to your requirements.
7. The demo will be published from our site (or any other selected work area) to your domain, it's final production location.
