I started my career in Moscow, Russia as a Client Relationship Manager and Administrator followed by a challenging role as a Professor of Marketing and Management in Dubai. In Geneva, I did an internship as an administrative assistant to integrate into the job market and learn the techniques of an effective administrative assistant. I assisted in the preparation of brochures, excel sheets, PowerPoint files and presentations for the company in which I did my internship. Recently I completed my short-term work contract CDD as an Office Administrator and Client Relationship Manager in a Swiss Organization. I maintained the company’s database, worked closely in co-ordination with the multi-national companies, assisted in the translation of work contracts, prepared work contracts with due knowledge of swiss laws and regulations.
Through my experience and academic background, I have acquired determination, independence, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly and apply that learning proactively. I am also capable of preparing, drafting, and translating reports projects and organize agenda and meetings. My ability to get along well with others, to make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate in fast-paced environments have contributed to my growth.
Perfection and the desire to learn more has urged me to complete my diploma in French language (DALFC1). By virtue of pursuing my career in Administration I have equally received my formal degree in MICROSOFT OFFICE (ECDL EXPERT in French). I am well conversant with spreadsheet and database in English and French. Since I speak English, Russian and French fluently, it gives me an edge to communicate and understand my clients better.
