An alumna from ISB and Nirma University, I made a career shift from the Energy sector to Education industry in 2016.

At Novy Nest, I am building the next disruption in early childhood education. We have grown to three bootstrapped in centres in a short span of 18 months and still going strong. As a co-founder, I am the brains and hands of the preschool chain in India's National Capital Region.

Prior to this, I have worked in the Central Strategy team for Schneider Electric. Having closely worked around CXOs, I got a peep into the world of how a complex organisation is run, how are business decisions made, program management, mergers, acquisitions, etc.

My pre-MBA experience covered project management and strategy profiles in multi-billion power and energy projects for Larsen & Toubro - India's largest EPC.
