Work Terms

1. Work Hours
Availability: I am available for communication and project work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
Response Time: I will respond to emails and messages within 24 hours during business days. Urgent requests outside of these hours may be accommodated at my discretion and may incur additional charges.
Meetings: Scheduled meetings or consultations will be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone calls, as per the client's preference. Meeting times will be agreed upon in advance and conducted during regular business hours.
2. Project Timeline
Project Initiation: Projects will commence upon receipt of a signed agreement and an initial deposit, as outlined in the payment terms.
Deadlines: Project deadlines will be mutually agreed upon before work begins. I will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, provided all necessary information and materials are supplied by the client in a timely manner.
3. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any project. This deposit is non-refundable.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files or website launch.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or any other agreed-upon method.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total project cost per week of delay.
Cancellation Policy: If the project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the initial deposit will not be refunded. If the project is canceled by the freelancer, a refund of the deposit may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
4. Revisions
Included Revisions: The project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated before any extra work is done.
