Work Terms

Hours of operation: My working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and I am available for weekend work by appointment only.
Payment terms: I require a 50% deposit before starting any work, but depends upon the client's needs.
Communication style: My preferred style is messaging in the inbox first. I will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Turnaround time: My turnaround time is typically 2-3 days for a single caricature and 7-10 days for a series of illustrations, but this may vary depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload.
Revision policy: I will provide two rounds of revisions for each piece of work, with any additional revisions charged at an hourly rate.
Copyright policy: The copyright of all completed illustrations will be transferred to the client upon receipt of full payment.
