I joined the call center industry back in 2011 and kept switching jobs from one center to the other. I worked on several campaigns. I'm an experienced customer service specialist who has managed to work in almost all aspects of customer service functions from Cold Calling to Live Chats. I have been promoted several times in several positions and won many top-selling awards.
