• Total 7 years of experience of Insurance and IT Industry (4 Years of Business Analysis - Property and Casualty) Insurance.
• Proficient in managing activities pertaining to requirement gathering, development of functional specifications, design & development and co-ordination with customers.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Preparation of documents to be delivered during various stages of SDLC viz. BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRS (Functional Requirement Document), UAT test cases, User manuals.
• Explaining the Functional Specifications and the expected system behavior to the development team.
• POC for both technical team and business people.
• Developed effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations.
• Participated in discussion with Customers and Technical team for requirements prioritization.
• Functional Testing of product.
• Gap Analysis in the business requirement document.
• Good understanding and experience of Property and Casualty Insurance Industry.
