Product and Project Manager with 10+ yrs of experience in building products from scratch in Saas domains

I always loved building things, that is one of the reason of joining a startup early in my career. Working in a startup environment and making it the fastest growing startup(stock broker) in India while competing with the best and the oldest in the Industry has given me immense work satisfaction and exposure.

Some of my learnings include taking fast and responsive decisions based on data, managing a lean technical team, taking end to end ownership of the project and handling pressure situations.

I created many many products from scratch at Upstox within challenging timelines and resource constraints. So, after moving out of Upstox I started working as a independent product management consultant for couple of startups locally.

I am well versed with different product management tools like Mixpanel, Jira, & Confluence and management
practices like OKR, Agile & Lean management has helped me achieve the better results faster.

During all my projects I have worked closely with different types of stakeholders including business, sales, support and marketing. Managed the requirements and delivered them by handling cross functional team of designers, analysts and engineers.

I always had this tendency to get my hands dirty and do what is required to achieve the result. Be it attending a technical discussion or taking sales calls or participating in operations meeting. This attitude has helped me prosper my career and get
challenging assignments. I am sure I will be able to contribute in taking your project to next level.

Work Terms

I can work either full time or per project or per hour as per your convenience.
