  At first, I was unsure if Shyam would be able to meet my requirements, I've never been happier to be proved wrong! I had very specific needs that were not met with his first attempt. But, once it was clear what I needed, he went above and beyond to fulfil my request. He was very communicative and offered to speak on the phone when needed. He made the necessary adjustments along the way and produced a GREAT final product. I look forward to continue working on this project with him as we add functionality to build and improve the initial product.

  Loved the way Shyamapada works. He asked many questions to understand the requirements. And, was able to deliver the expected results in the first trial itself.   I couldn't pronounce his name. So, he let him call him "Sam". That helped. Sam did a good job for me. He wrote a macro that executed a program that I gave him. The macro didn't work. But, that wasn't Sam's fault. So, I have my own issues to remedy. But, as far as what Sam was asked to do, he did a good job.
