Good day!

My name is Shyne, I am 26 years years old. I have been in customer service for over 6 years and currently I am teaching basic English to Chinese students. If you get to work with me and trust me with your projects I guarantee you my commitment to the job. I will never leave my assigned projects hanging and just disappear out of the blue. If I am committed to a certain project I understand that I have to deliver on time.

I take ownership of the assigned task. I understand that support may not be available at all times, thus this would showcase my resourcefulness and strategies carrying out the task with the best quality possible by my self. I respect the integrity and reputation of the company and or the business I represent in every contact to the customers. I also consider the intellectual properties being shared with me and the secrecy of information I have access to.

I have worked with sales, logistics, billing, general customer support, and back office administrations. Given with proper training and updated product knowledge, I provide excellence.

I have 2 properly working laptops, a quiet working room, stable internet access both pre-paid and postpaid, headset with noise reduction capability, active bank accounts for remittances and paypal.
