I am an experienced senior IT professional with hands-on experience in managing and delivering large scale enterprises projects. My experience encompasses diverse and broad aspect of IT Management, Business Solutions and Services delivery, Business Analysis and Architecture, Project Management, Transformation & Change management, and Product Development.
A few of my key strengths that my current and past employers have deeply valued and appreciated over the years are:
1. My ability to understand the overall business and business processes, accurately identify current and latent issues that can be resolved with technology solution and those that cannot and present a suitable and achievable solutions for them. Sometimes this has taken the form of augmenting/overhauling the existing technology or creating a new technical solution/product. At other times this has been an exercise in modifying or creating an appropriate business architecture/model with process improvements or transformation/change initiatives.

2. My proactive and people focused approach, and my ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. I have proven experience and track record with managing multiple projects, including partnerships with external technology partners, simultaneously from design through deployment. I have hands on experience with integrating and managing cross-functional and geographically diverse team.
