Work Terms

Clients must provide clear reference images in PNG, JPEG, BMP, or any other supported format.
Higher-quality images ensure better accuracy in vector conversion.
2️⃣ Delivery & Turnaround:

Standard delivery time: 24-72 hours (depending on complexity).
Rush orders available upon request (extra charges may apply).
3️⃣ File Formats Provided:

Final vector files will be delivered in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and PNG formats (others available upon request).
4️⃣ Revisions & Edits:

Up to 2 free revisions are included (for minor adjustments).
Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra costs.
5️⃣ Usage & Ownership:

Once delivered, the client gets full ownership of the vector files.
We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio purposes unless specified otherwise.
6️⃣ Pricing & Payments:

Pricing depends on image complexity (simple, detailed, or intricate designs).
Payment must be made 50% upfront for large projects.
Full payment required before final file delivery.
7️⃣ Communication & Support:

8️⃣ Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are available only if work has not started.
No refunds after vectorization is completed, but revisions can be made.
