I am a freelancer who has a very diverse portfolio of successful projects. My primary line business has been that of a systems integrator. I have a great deal of experience with many languages ranging from C# to proprietary object oriented models. Work Terms
Hours of operations 7-11 pm (EST), M-F and weekends as required based on availability. Prefer to receive payment based on agreed project milestones. I am a strong believer in "progressively elaborating" a projects scope and rely heavily on communication in order to assure results are "as expected".
