I am Silpa Thampi from India. When I was a high school student I started my career working as a freelancer. I worked as a Business Development Executive with the educational industry.

1. I took cold callings, email marketing
2. Completely learned how to manage a company at a young age.
3. Managing the accounts including bookkeeping, and calculating overall profit and loss.
4. Managing a team of 4 members and ensuring that the target is achieved. I have learned leadership qualities when I played as a team leader.
