We Create Design Solutions for your development projects

Creative Design Solutions (CDS) serves Architects, Engineers, Land Developers, Land Surveyors, Property Owners and Public Agencies by generating accurate and cost-effective Design Solutions for Improvement Projects.

cds develops 3D Building Information Models (BIM) derived from a variety of sources (surveys, sketches, drawings, and photographs). We audit and validate the information prior to digitizing for translation to 3D. Once we have an approved 3D BIM, we execute our client’s project requests. Most often that request is generating Permit Plans and Construction Documents. We work with or implement standards when needed and streamline the production process, so we are able to deliver the products on time and within budget. Along the way, we have fun and enjoy presenting our clients with the “WOW” factor experience with what and how we achieve results.

Work Terms

USA based in the San Francisco / Sacramento Areas. Hours of operation are Pacific Standard Time. Pay terms are based upon negotiation of the project and payments are based upon milestone accomplishments.
