? Review and verify the resolutions submitted by the loan resolution department regarding the alternative payment plans for the defaulted customers meet the investor guidelines.
? Perform review on Loan Modification Application in compliance to Modification programme and guidelines.
? Prepare detailed letter for outstanding loan modification documents.
? Inform applicant to resolve discrepancies and/or advise of loan status.
? Follow up on outstanding conditions
? Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines for loss mitigation program.
? Familiarization on US Financial /Mortgage documents.
? Select the best resolution for the customer to prevent the foreclosure of the property.
? Modify the defaulted loans after varying the correct financials position of the customer.
? Authorized to approve or deny the resolutions based on verification results.
