Work Terms

Payment Terms: The total project fee will be agreed upon upfront, and payment will be divided into milestones. Payment milestones will be defined in the project plan document and will be invoiced upon completion. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or online payment.
Communication: The primary mode of communication will be through email or project management tool. Regular check-ins will be scheduled at agreed-upon intervals to discuss project progress and any issues or concerns. Any urgent matters will be addressed promptly via phone or video conference.
Deliverables: The deliverables will be defined in the project plan document, and acceptance criteria will be agreed upon before each milestone payment. Deliverables will be completed by agreed-upon deadlines, and any changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated in writing.
Change Management: Any changes to the project scope or timelines must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before being implemented. Any additional work required outside of the project scope will be agreed upon and invoiced separately.
