My name is Simon Murira Njuguna, a passionate and innovative Software Engineer with a strong background in back-end development. My journey into the world of software engineering began out of a sheer curiosity for how things work. This curiosity quickly turned into a passion for creating efficient, impactful software solutions.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in various programming languages, including PHP, JavaScript, and Dart, and have become proficient in frameworks such as Laravel, Yii2, and React. My work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server has given me a solid foundation in data management and optimization.

One of my core values is continuous learning. The tech world is ever-evolving, and I believe in staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. This commitment to learning has not only helped me grow professionally but also allows me to deliver the best possible solutions to my clients.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have a passion for mentoring junior developers. I believe that fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment is key to successful project outcomes. Seeing others grow and succeed brings me great joy, and I always strive to be a supportive and knowledgeable mentor.

Outside of work, I enjoy writing poems for my girlfriend, who I am marrying in December. This creative outlet helps me maintain a balance between my professional and personal life. I also enjoy exploring new technologies and working on personal projects that challenge my skills and creativity.
