I provide fast, efficient and reliable CAD drafting services for use in a range of different services.

I have been working with CAD in the building and construction industry for the past 9 years and during that time my CAD drawings have been used in a multitude of different contexts. Some of these include producing drawings for planning applications, for building regulations, for construction issue, for design context and also for as built issue.

Most recently I have been employed as an architectural technician producing detailed design & coordination drawings for luxury private residential properties.

Before my time as an architectural technician I was employed as a CAD Manager for a large infrastructure services company. During this time I managed upwards of 100,000 CAD drawings which related to total facilities management of a large estate which covered almost 1% of the entire UK land mass. With such a large volume of drawings being turned over my time as a CAD Manager ensured I was proficient in maintaining an accurate and reliable CAD standard policy which I still adhere to in my freelance work .

I am very comfortable producing CAD drawings from hand drawn sketches and interpreting verbal and engineering details. I am often happy to visit sites (dependant on location and time frames) to carry out surveys and check details.

Work Terms

I am happy to work to satisfy the variety of project deadlines that come with working with teams around the world. If this means working to different time zones that is no problem.

I generally work 8 hour days and will always aim to get work to clients with time to spare to allow for checking and amendments.

I am happy to quote for work on a project basis. Sometimes it is better to quote for a project and sometimes on an hourly rate. I am happy to decide this with clientss.

My hourly rate is £22 per hour.
