My carrer started in 2010 with freelance copywriting. After I was lucky to work in webstudio for two years. My duties were:
- Develop marketing systems for small and medium businesses (business consulting),
- Build Brand,
- Manage Business courses and trainings,
- Manage projects and drive the project team from start through to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure business requirements are suitably defined, understood and signed off.
- Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and use their feedback to optimise progress.
- Coordinate and manage project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings.
- Demand, competitor analysis
- Reception and processing of orders
- Contracts for the creation and promotion, consulting
- Coordination of the terms and conditions of project implementation
- Maintain all project and customer database in Amo CRM
- Project management from start to finish
- Track deadlines and coordination of project implementers.
- Conducting meetings with current and potential customers
- Organizing and conducting business training.
- Search for visitors of business trainings
- Collect information and feedback after training.
- Review and analysis of the quality of service based on data obtained through "Mystery shopping" and "Secret Calling".
After I worked in a software company and was the admin of business news website. My duties were similar, and also I started to make landing pages, banners, and to analyse results of marketing strategy we used.
Work Terms
