2011-2014 // Worked directly with a startup asset based freight carrier, effectively implemented a new SOP. We were able to gain customer satisfaction, better operation. And the result, triple the fleet and profit margins.
2014-2015 // Worked directly with the sales team, provided them with market rates and equipment trend, within 2 months, together we made our sales record and still going strong.
2015 // Performed a freight audit and consulted an export company. Successfully cut freight cost and streamlined their procurement process.
2015-2016 // Provide logistics and freight forwarding support to an importer. Identified the issue and quickly have them resolve, saved hundreds of thousand dollars in demurrage and lost of products.
After years of working directly with numerous customer, from small to top 5000 companies, dealing with major wholesalers and retailers, I had accumulated those years of experience into a great skill for myself.
