Work Terms

For the first Pay cycle, I would be open to payment post-delivery. However, from subsequent cycles, the payment would have to be in advance for each cycle, so that I can allocate my time and my resources accordingly to provide you with the best services.

I will also need you to sign an agreement for the work I will be doing. This agreement will be separate from Guru's integrated terms of service agreement however, will not consist of any additions or extra work, unless specifically requested and agreed upon offline.
