Operations and Business Excellence Expert

I worked with Multinationals in the Share Service Environment for the past 20 years and I have 10 years’ experience as a Legal and Business and Operations Manager, I have extensive experience managing large groups and helping to develop smaller groups in organizations of all sizes. My expertise is assessing companies of all sizes needs ranging from employee retention, culture, engagement and career development to productivity and quality.
I have been involved with the creation of infrastructure and general business services, driving continuous improvement and finding ways to be more efficient with company resources. Always making my primary focus to protect company investments and keep expenses to a minimum. Lead change management and innovation liaison with top management to contribute toward the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objective.
In the past ten years I have also been heavily involved in the creating, start up and managing of several projects for Diversity and inclusion in the organizations.
I have a Bachelor´s Degree in Law and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. In 2013, I completed my studies as an International Business Specialist, and in 2015, I completed my Post Graduate Degree in Organizational Behavior, and I’m currently completing my MBA with an emphasis in Neuromanagement. For the past several years, I have been active in different programs focusing on continuous improvement and project management.
