• Substantial experience estimating pre-construction jobs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Achieved Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting May 1997
• Knowledge with construction from East Coast to the West Coast

Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of Blueprint, Specification and Writing Proposals
• Estimates (division 4, 5, 7, & 9) drywall, painting, metal framing, insulation, drop ceiling, concrete block, stucco, EIFS and Tile
• Experience Biding: Painting, Metal Framing, Drywall, Insulation, & Ceilings
• Using on-screen take-off software (Plan swift)
• Experience across the Board with Commercial Estimating: Educational, Apartments, Big Box, Government, Office, Retail and Medical Buildings
