Job Profile of Cluster Coordinator –
Handling 10 Branches of cluster 1 of MPCG where coordination with branches on hygiene factors- To maintain TAT with Branches and to maintain benchmarks.
Staff position in branches-updation on timely basis
Maintaining Staff position at all branches in the cluster. Follow-up with branches / HR for updation of staff records in case of any transfers / resignations.
Follow-up for closure of Complaints within TAT at the branches.
Collating Dummy outstanding for all branches in the cluster and reporting non resolved entries to CH. Follow up with the branches for clearing off the pending entries.
Audit and SQ Reporting- Actionable & implementation of the same in the branches
Follow-up with branches for reverts raised by Audit Alert / KYC alerts / updation of 1 crore portal.
Follow-up for compliance of Audit Reports / SQ Reports at all branches in the cluster.
Collation of Branch wise data on operational parameters like Depletion, FTNR, Banding, Account opening TAT's and follow-up with branches to ensure that the same is under control.
