About

Building secure, reliable, and cost effective IT systems to address evolving business priorities.

I started my independent consulting practice, Globalize Networks, in 2005 after working for several years as a systems engineer at Itron with their hosted Enterprise Energy Management offering. In the years since, I have worked as a senior technologist with existing client IT groups, and also overseeing outsourced IT services for clients without an internal IT group. For IT outsourcing clients, I managed desktop support associates, served as a technical escalation path, did project planning, and developed budgets, policies, and procedures.
