I started working in customer service industry since 2012. it has been more then 6 years I am in this domain.
I have worked in Magus Customer Dialog in kolkata,India for a Leading telecom operator of India.
Then I joined Teleperformance in Indore,India where i was working with a telecom operator of Dubai,UAE.
After that i have joined Wipro Ltd in kolkata, India. Now I am working as US healthcare denial manager.
