Reason for leaving: I had to take care of a sick family member.
I started out in the company as animal care and then moved up to the adoptions team. My responsibilities as an adoption counselor were to greet customers as they arrived, answer multi-line phones and company emails, general cleaning of the shelter, scheduling spay and neuter appointments, setting up cremation services, filing adoption contracts, and giving general adoption education to customers.

Reason for leaving: I moved to the Lynchburg VA area.
As a cat care specialist my job duties were to clean and take care of all shelter cats, medicate and bathe sick and isolated cats, rehabilitation of barn/less social cats, help potential adopters match with cats, and to observe and take notes about each cat and place in their files for adopters.
