Slapp was founded in 2020 with the mission of transforming complex business challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions. The journey began with the creation of a cloud-based Patient Administration System (PAS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform called YouMatter. This solution was designed to address real challenges in healthcare, with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes and hospital workflows through the use of AI and advanced cloud technology. From its inception, Slapp focused on developing secure, scalable, and innovative platforms, incorporating best-in-class tools such as Azure Active Directory and Azure Key Vault for security, and AI capabilities for better patient management and decision-making.

Soon after, the Slapp team expanded its capabilities with an AI-powered trading bot, designed to analyze market data in real time and automate trading decisions. This project was a breakthrough, utilizing deep neural networks to create a robust predictive model that showed significant success in early trials.

In addition, Slapp developed a satellite performance estimation tool named MySl.app, which estimated LEO satellite connectivity based on user location. Built within an impressively short development cycle of just 12 hours, it showcased Slapp’s ability to rapidly conceptualize and launch complex, functional applications.

Work Terms

• Scope: AI-driven enterprise solutions, cloud architecture consulting, application integration. Specifics outlined in a Statement of Work (SOW) per project.
• Hours & Availability: Flexible, adaptable to any time zone.
• Payment Terms:
• Hourly: $150/hour.
• Fixed Price: 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% on completion. Payments due within 15 days of invoicing.
• Progress Updates: Weekly updates, milestone reviews for alignment.
• Intellectual Property: All deliverables belong to the client upon full payment. Slapp retains the right to use non-proprietary components for future projects.
• Confidentiality: NDA signed before project starts. All client information kept confidential.
• Revisions: One round included in project cost. Additional changes billed at standard rate.
• Termination: Either party may terminate with 14-day notice. Payment due for completed work.
• Warranty: 30-day warranty for bug fixes post-completion.
• Support: Optional ongoing support at agreed rates for maintenance and minor enhancements.
