Projects equal to or under USD 1000

Projects in cost range USD 1000 - USD 5000

30% advance to confirm the work order
10% on design finalization
50% split into various milestones based on project deliverables/features.
10% on total completion of project.

Projects in cost range USD 5000 - USD 15000

25% advance to confirm the work order and the all other project payments are based on project schedule and various delivery milestones.


Projects in cost range USD 15000 - USD 25000
---------------------------------------------------------------
20% advance to confirm the work order and the all other project payments are based on project schedule and various delivery milestone.

Payment terms moderated based on project schedule; The terms are made flexible for the convenience of the client too.
The upfront is mandatory. no less than 15% of total project cost to start the project execution.
Payment terms however are subject to negotiation.
