Work Terms

1.We operate on EST & IST hours
2.Before taking any work we discuss the tasks provide similar work done, at times let clients talk to the customer how we handled the similar project
3. Understanding is then documented for the team to review and raise questions, once these questions are answered the business analyst creates a wire frame or designer designs the entire screens
4. At this stage we finalyze the scope by submitting the scope of work or Statement of work
5. We assign team start V model for development and testing
6. Finish mile stones declared earlier and ask for milestone based payments
7. User acceptance and Load test.

9. Support starts
10. Help in launch, promotions and few other marketing details what we have learned in past

Our Payment Terms are following
1. 20% payment- when we start work on any project.
2. 20% payment - when we complete design work.
3. 30% payment - when we complete half of the work.
4. 20% payment- when we complete all project work.
5. 10% payment- when we publish on UAT and Fix issue.
