I am a dedicated technician that has roughly 6-7 years of experience in the following:
-Helpdesk environments
-deskside support
-field technician

I have worked with multiple remote software and have been a part of multiple projects ranging from 3rd party vendors to working directly with a CIO (Chief Information Officer). My specialty ranges from software, hardware and mobile support, to minor scripting, server maintenance and sccm.

Outside of IT, I plan on starting a career in journalism and photography.
