Socrates is a CCNA with lots of hands on experience. I was able to tell this when I worked with him. He knew the commands by memory, and was able to setup my Cisco routers the way I wanted within a couple of days. He was available via various communication channels, and was quick to tackle numerous obstacles that came up during our project. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking help with Cisco devices.
