Work Terms
I prefer discussing the work nature and necessary details personally with the employer for a more clear understanding and I keep them updated on the work progress. However, the employer needs to trust my skill and leave it all to me without hesitation. If my work is on time, I’d expect the payment to be the same way for a more cordial experience!
