Hours of Operation

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+6, Bangladesh Standard Time)
Friday - Saturday: Closed (Available for pre-scheduled & critical support only)

We ensure prompt responses during business hours and offer flexible scheduling for international clients based on their time zones.
Payment Terms
Hourly Contracts:
Billed weekly or bi-weekly based on tracked hours.
Payments processed via Guru.com SafePay for security and transparency.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Guru SafePay.
Direct bank transfers (if applicable).
Payoneer and Wise for international payments.

Note: All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes or VAT, which will be added as per local regulations.
