Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation:
Our team operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (GMT+5).
We strive to respond to all communications within 24 hours during our working hours.
2. Communication:
Primary communication will be conducted through the Guru platform.
We are also available for meetings via Google Meet and are open to video calls as needed.
Regular updates and progress reports will be provided as per the agreed schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
3. Payment Terms:
Milestone-Based Payments: For most projects, we recommend dividing the work into key milestones. Payment will be requested upon the completion and approval of each milestone. A typical structure might include:
20% upfront to initiate the project.
30% after the first milestone (e.g., design or initial development phase).
30% after the second milestone (e.g., further development or testing phase).
20% upon final delivery and project approval.
Hourly Billing: For ongoing or maintenance work, we offer hourly billing. Payments will be processed bi-weekly or monthly based on the hours worked.
3: Retainer Agreements:
For clients requiring consistent, long-term support, we offer retainer agreements with a fixed monthly fee for a predetermined number of hours or services.
All payments will be managed through Guru.com’s SafePay system, ensuring security and convenience for both parties.
4. Revision Policy:
We offer up to 3 free revisions per milestone to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
5. Confidentiality:
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. NDAs are available upon request.
6. Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the contract with 7 days' notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
