What i think is the hardest part of building a software system is deciding precisely what to build and most of project fails as they don't understand the business logic behind the Application.

I would prefer to follow Follow SDLC and would involve in Requirement gathering,Document preparation and wire-framing.My team has a expertise to convert the system design to successful application.
