Work Terms

Availability:
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects, working over 40 hours per week. I can accommodate different time zones and am flexible to adjust my schedule to meet project deadlines and client requirements.

Communication:
I believe in maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project. I am available for communication via Guru messages, Zoom, or other preferred platforms. Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals.

Project Management:
I use tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira for task management and progress tracking. Depending on the project size, I can create a customized workflow to suit your project needs, ensuring on-time delivery with proper milestones.

Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate: My standard hourly rate is $30/hour.
Fixed-Price Projects: For fixed-price contracts, payments will be based on milestones or delivery stages mutually agreed upon at the beginning of the project.
Payment Methods: All payments are processed through Guru's SafePay system for both parties' protection.
Revisions & Feedback:
I offer a set number of revisions per project phase, to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. Continuous feedback is encouraged to avoid miscommunication and ensure client satisfaction.

Ownership & Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, the client will own all intellectual property rights, code, and deliverables related to the project. I maintain the right to showcase non-confidential work as part of my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality:
I respect your privacy and business information. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed to protect confidential project details if required.
