My name is Manoj. I am from India. I have more than 8 year of work experiance in US mortgage industry. I have wide knowledge of documents like income documents, assets docuemnts, 1003, 1008, hazard insurance, flood insurance, master policies, title, NRTC, paystub, voe and W-2 etc.
I have knowledge of underwriting like Income and libility. I can help individual customer who seeking help for mortgage loan. I can also help small firms for review the documents, apply different document and verification and condition review and placing the conditions.
