I’ve been trained for 6-weeks intensive training for virtual assistant conducted by the Department of Information and Communication Technology, a government agency of the Philippines who caters training relative to technology advancement specifically online jobs like virtual assistant, which equipped me in the field of web research, data entry, email/chat support, audio and video transcription, social media management and graphics design.
I’m a creative, visionary and entrepreneurial to learn new skills. I had worked before as hospital clerk/billing clerk and cashier in 3 different hospital for more than 10 years where I performed some clerical works, email handling, data entry, phone operator, minor printer repair, issuing invoices, preparing payroll on spreadsheet, preparing cash disbursement report, preparing inventory report, transaction to bank, preparing report and paying (PhilHealth Insurance, Pag-ibig Fund, SSS Contribution) and dealing different patient/watcher by advising them what to do and how to apply PhilHealth. I am a graduate of Diploma in Computer Studies and I used my skills to create a spreadsheet for hospital bill of the patient that will be useful for the company that I am working with. I have learned that if you love your work you will have a great work. I have also learned that dealing with different personality types in the workplace can be more challenging so learning the skills to cope with many different personality types can give you peace of mind when challenging situations arise.
