Phenomenal value and quality. Ameer overdelivered time and time again on a challenging book layout. Had some family issues in the middle of the job that delayed us some (hence the 4 stars for timeliness) but he hung in there with me to meet my print deadline. I was concerned about his not having any guru.com feedback - I was his first customer here - but I have learned that some of the pros you find on this site are new to guru, NOT new to what they do. This is the case with Ameer. He really knows what he's doing and has very high standards, particularly with regards to customer satisfaction.
