Work Terms

Work Terms for Soul Tek
Hours of Operation:

Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM [Timezone]. Any work outside these hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Terms:

Payment will be structured on a milestone or project basis, as agreed upon prior to project commencement.
Invoices will be generated upon completion of each milestone or project phase, with payment due within 7 days.
A 10% deposit is required before starting any project.
Revisions & Modifications:

We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions as part of each project.
Additional revisions or changes outside of the original scope will be billed separately at an hourly rate of $10.
Project Scope:

A detailed scope of work (SOW) will be agreed upon before starting any project.
Any changes to the SOW during the project will be subject to a change order and may affect the project timeline and cost.
Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.
Communication:

Regular updates will be provided via [preferred communication platform] (email, Slack, etc.).
Response time for queries and feedback is typically within [insert time] during business hours.
Ownership & Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the client will own all deliverables, including designs, code, and documentation.
Soul Tek retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
Termination:

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the point of termination.
Warranty:

We provide a 6 months for our services, during which any bugs or issues arising from our work will be resolved but we will charge depending upon type of issue .
