HI, I have a vast experience in both outbound and inbound call handling. Since last 3 years i was engaged in customer service with the technical support process and also have a knowledge of resolving issues in iphone, ipad, imac,macbook pro,windows(any version).
I have also worked for an Canadian Card processing company named as PIVOTAL PAYMENTS, we used to collect faxes from the business users to offer them a cheaper rates of returns.
