Work Terms
1. Communication:
Available for communication via email, phone, or messaging platforms during working hours.
Regular updates and progress reports will be shared to ensure transparency and alignment.
2. Project Scope:
Clear project scope and requirements will be defined and agreed upon before starting.
Any changes or additional requests will be handled through a mutually agreed change order.
3. Revisions:
Unlimited rounds of revisions are included in the project.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Delivery:
Timely delivery of high-quality work as per the agreed timeline.
Deliverables will be provided in the required formats (e.g., HTML, CSS, images, etc.).
5. Confidentiality:
All client data, information, and materials will remain strictly confidential.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed if required.
6. Ownership:
Upon full payment, the client will own all design files and assets delivered as part of the project.
7. Support:
support policy 30 days of post-delivery support.
Ongoing maintenance or updates can be arranged under a separate agreement.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice.
Payment will be due for work completed up to the date of termination.
