Creative upaay was started in 2021 but back then in 2019 an individual who was into computer science engineering but had a passion into designing started learning graphic designing and video editing as his passion but sooner he started getting work from various clients and then he started freelancing with his skillset and dedication. Later on in 2021 he thought of starting his own design agency but he was also an computer science engineer and also he has learned a bit of video editing and motion graphics, so combining all his skillset, expertise and knowledge, he decided to help local businesses by getting their brands online with the creative solutions like website designing and development, graphic designing, UI UX Designing and Video Editing. And he decided to name it "CREATIVE UPAAY" with a Vision of Transforming local business Global digitally. and then he worked on more than 200+ projects with 25+ clients nationally and internationally.

Preferred Hours of Operation:
Our creative agency operates on a flexible schedule to cater to clients both in India and internationally. Our preferred hours of operation are as follows:

Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time)
Please note that we can accommodate meetings and projects outside of these hours if necessary to accommodate clients in different time zones.

Payment Terms:
To ensure smooth financial transactions and clarity for our clients, we have the following payment terms:

Project-Based Payment: For individual projects, we require a deposit upfront, typically ranging from 25% to 50% of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as mutually agreed upon.

Retainer-Based Payment: For clients seeking ongoing services, such as long-term partnerships or monthly engagements, we typically require a retainer fee to be paid at the beginning of each month. The specific retainer amount will be discussed and agreed upon during the contract negotiation phase.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through wise transfer or stripe or paypal. Details for payment will be provided in our invoices, which will be sent electronically for your convenience.

Electronic Mail: We value written communication for its clarity and ability to maintain a record of discussions. gmail is our primary mode of communication for sharing project briefs, updates, feedback, and other important information.
